One of the big issues that came up regularly was that customers wanted to be sure that the person coming to work on their computer is genuine and confidential.
At Mr FixIt 4u we have put in place a Quality Control process that will ensure that you will be delighted with our service. We offer:
1. A telephone confirmation service with passwords so you can be sure the person who comes to your house is our Associate. They also have visible badges.
2. We enforce Feedback monitoring of all booked visits made by our Associates. You will get a form to fill in and return FOC. This web site also has Feedback so you can let us know what you think. Associates with poor Feedback will be terminated without right of appeal.
3. Associates have to report each visit to us. If your Feedback does not confirm the agents report we will terminate their association with us.
4. If you find your Agent on our web site you can be sure of their integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. If they breach this we terminate them and can give their details to relevant authorities if needed.
5. We check the charges the Associate reports on his visit report with your Feedback.If your Feedback does not confirm the agents report we will terminate their association with us.
6. Associates have our charges guide. If they overcharge or your Feedback does not confirm the agents report we will terminate their association with us.
